Project: Inspect a Home We were renting a house, and were considering buying. We scheduled an inspection with Mr. Medley. He arrived on time. He was very professional, and best of all, very honest. He walked in the front door, looked at the vaulted ceiling, and said it was improperly built. It was pushing out the exterior walls--very unsafe. Then he said, âDo you want me to continue the inspection?â If not, he would only charge us for a service call. My husband and I both said ânopeâ. Needless to say we didnât buy the house. I wish more professionals had such integrity. It was very refreshing.

Additionally, we strive to make the experience as pleasurable as possible for the policyholder and the insurance company. We also take the time to help those insureds, who are less experienced in general insurance knowledge, are provided with some general information to help them with understanding the claims process.
Speed is also important. Our reports are generally completed and transmitted within 24-36 business hours after the inspection, with the understanding that larger claims may require more detail and time. Additionally, if a claim appears to be larger than expected, an update report is sent the same day to inform the insurer regarding the size and proper reserving.
At Medley Home Services, we strive to provide the most accurate, attention to detail, and thorough claims evaluation and processing as possible, coupled with a quickness in returning processed claims.
